Job Summary

Founding Account Executive for Devs.ai, the AI-native incubation inside AppDirect. Partner with the GM, Product team, and Sales Engineering to identify prospects, build relationships, and guide enterprise clients on their AI journey. Sell the Devs.ai platform and cross-sell AppDirect products, execute a territory plan to exceed quotas, coordinate resources, travel to customer sites, and communicate value clearly to technical and executive audiences.

•Complete onboarding and sales training to become expert in messaging and products
•Identify, qualify and progress end-to-end sales opportunities for new business
•Sell Devs.ai platform and cross-sell AppDirect’s full suite of products in partnership with product sales specialists
•Execute a vertical/territory plan to fuel growth and exceed sales quotas
•Coordinate internal resources to close new business and represent AppDirect in customer engagements at all levels

Salary: USD 58,225 - 71,925 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience as a Sales Development Representative and/or Account Executive for an enterprise software solution company, with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
•BS/BA degree required
•Strong ability to present compelling value propositions & ROI to technical and/or executive audiences
•Working knowledge of the B2B AI landscape and ability to speak credibly about AI products and business applications
•Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact through signed contracts
