Join the maintenance team to keep Brown-Forman’s high-speed manufacturing equipment running reliably. You’ll install, program, and troubleshoot electrical systems from 24V DC to 480V AC, with a heavy focus on Allen Bradley controllers, PowerFlex drives, and motion control. Maintain PLC/IO systems (PlantPAX, HMI, Point IO/Remote IO), support high-speed packaging machinery, and ensure all work meets NEC and safety standards, including LOTO and PPE.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely maintain and work across plant electrical circuits including 480V, 277V, 120V, and 24V.
•Install, program, and troubleshoot AC/DC and servo drives, including PowerFlex 525/755 and related controls.
•Maintain and program Allen Bradley controllers; use laptop-based diagnostic software for troubleshooting and support PlantPAX and HMI development.
•Perform maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment and related instrumentation, robotics, valves, pumps, conveyors, and centrifuge motors.
•Ensure compliance with municipal regulations, NEC requirements, and company safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Hold an Electrician Journeyman’s License, a state license, or equivalent military/college technical training or experience.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Proven ability to locate electrical faults quickly in a high-pressure environment.
•Proficiency reading electrical schematics and blueprints, with strong basic math skills for electrical calculations.
•Strict adherence to LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and PPE requirements, with ability to meet physical job demands up to 80 lbs.
