Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely maintain and work across plant electrical circuits including 480V, 277V, 120V, and 24V.
  • •Install, program, and troubleshoot AC/DC and servo drives, including PowerFlex 525/755 and related controls.
  • •Maintain and program Allen Bradley controllers; use laptop-based diagnostic software for troubleshooting and support PlantPAX and HMI development.
  • •Perform maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment and related instrumentation, robotics, valves, pumps, conveyors, and centrifuge motors.
  • •Ensure compliance with municipal regulations, NEC requirements, and company safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an Electrician Journeyman’s License, a state license, or equivalent military/college technical training or experience.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Proven ability to locate electrical faults quickly in a high-pressure environment.
  • •Proficiency reading electrical schematics and blueprints, with strong basic math skills for electrical calculations.
  • •Strict adherence to LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and PPE requirements, with ability to meet physical job demands up to 80 lbs.
