Talent and Business Operations Manager, Stores

Lead people and operational execution for a Sephora store location. You’ll conduct final interviews and use the online applicant tracking system to hire, manage in-store training and ongoing education strategy, and write annual performance reviews and handle performance management. You’ll also drive operational excellence by overseeing store operations and inventory processes, including shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting. Support store sales performance and controllable expenses through staff scheduling and execution of standards.
