Talent Pool Planner - Construction Projects, Querétaro

Develop and manage integrated master schedules for large-scale manufacturing and industrial construction projects across EPCC phases. Own the Basis of Schedule, create and update schedules aligned to WBS, and facilitate interactive planning sessions (IPS) and pull-planning workshops. Collaborate with owners, EPC teams, contractors, and vendors to maintain schedule alignment using resource loading, productivity analysis, and Earned Value Management (SPI/CPI) to track performance, assess impacts, and forecast recovery plans.
