Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the full lifecycle of RCM, including EOB review, payment posting, correspondence review, bad debt, appeals, denial management, and accounts receivable.
  • •Meet daily productivity targets with strong accuracy and typing speed.
  • •Solve complex, scope-wise problems with minimal supervision from the lead.
  • •Interact with key stakeholders and develop in-depth knowledge of business processes and operational processes within the scope of work.
  • •Troubleshoot deployment and environmental issues and resolve problems in a timely manner across multiple projects.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in relevant billing functions.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and strong net typing speed (30 words per minute) with 90%+ accuracy.

  • •Ability to adapt quickly to new and changing technical environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Graduate in Commerce or computer applications; familiarity with Cerner applications and related tools.
