Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods.
  • •Supervise manufacturing technicians and utilities personnel to achieve quality, production, cost, and delivery objectives, including performance documentation.
  • •Revise and maintain technician and utilities attendance and timecards in Kronos, ensuring accurate system entries.
  • •Lead or participate in process mapping, FMEA, and problem-solving initiatives to continuously improve plant processes and eliminate waste.
  • •Plan and coordinate new technology/product transfers and new product introductions within timeframe and cost; support facility strategic plan initiatives and capital plan projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSIE, BSME, or BSEE).
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and solve problems.
  • •Excellent presentation and communication skills in English/Spanish; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • •Knowledge of Lean principles and ISO requirements (including DFT theory) and computer skills (MS Office, project planning, etc.).
