Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement high-quality play-based learning experiences following the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) across the seven areas of learning.
  • •Deliver structured early literacy, phonics, and numeracy programs to build foundational cognitive and communication skills.
  • •Create a safe, stimulating classroom and outdoor environment that supports intellectual curiosity, social-emotional development, and physical well-being.
  • •Conduct continuous formative observations (EYFS Profile tracking) to personalize learning pathways and monitor developmental milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Early Childhood or a Bachelor’s in Arabic Language.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of direct teaching experience within the EYFS framework (Nursery, Reception, or FS1/FS2).
  • •Deep understanding of child development and play-based learning.
  • •Ability to deliver early phonics programs (e.g., Read Write Inc. or Jolly Phonics) and implement positive behaviour management.
  • •Outstanding communication, empathy, and relationship-building with young children, parents, and colleagues.
