Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer requirements that influence final GSE tool designs.
  • •Perform concept, trade-off, and detailed mechanical/tooling design for allocated GSE using CAD/DMU and DFM/DTC principles.
  • •Initiate tool developments using the aircraft DMU and convert concepts into production drawings and user guides.
  • •Organize GSE prototyping, physical testing, and First Article Inspection (FAI).
  • •Lead end-to-end project ownership: deliver on time and budget, manage risks/cost forecasting, and coordinate stakeholders while leveraging AI to improve workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (BE/B.Tech) or Master’s (5-year engineering degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Hands-on tooling design and development experience in an Airline, MRO, or Aerospace OEM environment.
  • •Strong mechanical engineering foundation including statics, dynamics, materials, and CAD/DMU design.
  • •Solid understanding of manufacturing standards, tooling regulations, and aircraft maintenance/operations procedures.
  • •Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), with excellent negotiation, influencing, and collaborative communication skills.
