Job Summary

Lead global, high-impact event programs end to end, from planning and digital implementation through onsite execution and post-event evaluation. Partner with the Event Strategist to define objectives, metrics, and brand alignment, while building and maintaining integrated event plans. Own milestones and POR, manage interdependencies across cross-functional workstreams and stakeholders worldwide, ensure quality and budget adherence, and drive data-informed continuous improvement and executive-ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct large teams across functional areas throughout the event planning process, including identifying gaps and creating corrective action plans.
•Create POR and manage milestones while ensuring interdependencies and integration across multiple event workstreams, teams, and stakeholders.
•Develop and implement strategic event programs and tactics, ensuring event quality standards and budget constraints are met.
•Lead post-event evaluation, including executive debriefs, performance reporting, attendee insights, and recommendations for future improvements.
•Drive continuous improvement by evolving processes, operating models, and technologies to enhance event effectiveness and scalability.

•Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience (or 8+ years in lieu of degree) in event management or marketing program management.
•5+ years of large-scale corporate event experience within a large global technology organization.
•Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and event management tools.
•Proven ability to manage medium to large scale projects within time, scope, and budget constraints.
•Ability to travel and work independently and autonomously; proficient in event technology tools (e.g., Cvent, Jifflenow, Rain Focus).
