Job Summary

Drive respiratory care sales performance across your territory in Germany by exceeding revenue targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and maximizing profitability. Create and execute sales plans with market analysis, identify and qualify new opportunities through proactive outreach, and run compelling demos and presentations. Manage a sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce) and deliver timely reports, forecasts, and market feedback while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, including short- and long-term goals, market analysis, and strategies to uncover new business opportunities.
•Understand customer needs, handle inquiries, and deliver exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
•Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and qualification in the territory.
•Build and manage a sales pipeline, maintaining qualified leads throughout the sales cycle.
•Prepare accurate, timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management, and record customer interactions in the CRM while collaborating with marketing and sales support.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Proven sales experience selling complex solutions to distributors and/or end customers.
•Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
•Results-oriented with a drive to exceed goals and grow revenue.
•Ability and motivation to work remotely and visit customers 3–4 days per week across the territory.
•Confidence using CRM software (Salesforce).
