Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish rapport with dealers on-site to achieve a comprehensive risk assessment, including visits to multiple locations, auctions, or repair shops.
  • •Investigate, observe, and document dealership processes and practices to identify risks.
  • •Inspect collateral via lot and title audits to determine dealers’ equity and business health for underwriting purposes.
  • •Verify inventory and present findings to dealers; resolve outstanding audit items and take next steps (e.g., re-educate on contract requirements, review inventory trends, collect payments, obtain documentation).
  • •Support the Recovery team with repossessions by collecting keys, securing collateral inventory, arranging transport to auction, and monitoring daily funding receivables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 2+ years of experience in the auto industry or related field (or 4 years’ related experience in lieu of a degree).
  • •1–2 years audit/inspection experience (preferred).
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Must be able and willing to travel regionally on short notice (75% of the time).
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license.
