Job Summary

Safely perform repetitive, high-quality assembly work for Trane commercial HVAC units on the 1st shift. Follow DFT methods, method sheets, and assembly diagrams to assemble parts and sub-assemblies, conduct quality checks and tests, and operate required tools and measuring devices. Support QMS and operational excellence through continuous improvement, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform progressive line assembly of parts and sub-assemblies using predetermined DFT methods and sequences.
•Execute tasks such as brazing, soldering, operating machines/presses, and performing quality checks and tests.
•Read and apply method sheets, assembly diagrams, and print drawings; follow written and oral directions.
•Operate tools and measuring devices (e.g., tape measures and levels) and load/unload units onto conveyors and carts.
•Support QMS, meet customer requirements, maintain safety rules, and participate in continuous improvement and housekeeping.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Preferred 1 year of manufacturing experience.
•Familiar with and able to use hand and power tools (e.g., wrenches, sockets, hammers, tape measures, crimpers, cutters, steel banding).
•Preferred experience operating fork trucks and hoists.
•Knowledge of and ability to use computer systems.
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety rules while wearing PPE.
