Key Responsibilities

  • •Own model strategy and operations for TikTok Minor Safety, supporting end-to-end model design, optimization, training, and evaluation.

  • •Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or content safety compliance requirements is a strong plus; hands-on data analysis or model optimization is preferred.
