Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory.
•Implement win/win negotiation strategies to enhance contract value while protecting customer trust.
•Increase account growth by identifying incremental opportunities during renewal.
•Maintain and update a rolling forecast and communicate renewal risks to internal resources.
•Collaborate cross-functionally (Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, Product) to develop renewal strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Key Requirements

•Eligible to work in Egypt and have 1+ years of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Fluent written and spoken German and English.
•Preferred 3+ years of experience in renewal management/account management/customer success, ideally in SaaS offerings.
•Strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset to drive persuasive value conversations at an executive level.
