Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product transition between Austin and Singapore, including factory ramps and manufacturing readiness activities.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional programs with Operations leaders, Manufacturing, NPI, and Supply Chain & Logistics.
  • •Act as central owner for manufacturing transition programs, planning, coordinating, and executing production readiness.
  • •Drive execution to meet cost, quality, delivery, and capacity targets and improve labor efficiency and factory utilization.
  • •Manage project schedule, risks, dependencies, and documentation using project management tools; supervise allocated resources and provide status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 10 years’ experience in large-scale project and program management in technology strategy implementation (e.g., ERP, analytics, supply chain technology, manufacturing, NPI transition, AI/ML).
  • •Experience coordinating complex projects across operations-related functions such as manufacturing, NPI, supply chain, and logistics.
  • •Ability to manage program risks, dependencies, schedules, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution and business continuity.
  • •Comfort with clean room work and the use of appropriate PPE (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, respirators, face shields).
  • •Experience using project management tools and reporting methods such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, Smartsheet, and project scheduling software.
