Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall airport site operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of airport technology services while meeting SLAs, KPIs, customer satisfaction, and business continuity objectives.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for airport customers, airlines, airport authorities, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate service delivery and communication.
  • •Provide 24/7 escalation support for critical incidents by leading major incident response and coordinating technical resources to drive timely service restoration.
  • •Lead, develop, and manage the on-site technical team, including staffing, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, coaching, training, and succession planning.
  • •Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades of airport technology systems; monitor performance and implement corrective actions, risk management, business continuity planning, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in technical operations, maintenance, or field services within the airport/airline/aviation industry (or IT infrastructure within airports or airlines).
  • •2+ years of experience as a Site Manager, Systems Administrator, Field Service Supervisor, or similar technical leadership role with responsibility for leading technicians or operational teams.
  • •Experience managing 24/7 operations and SLA-driven environments.
  • •Intermediate English proficiency.
