•Translate revenue pipeline signals into forward-looking operational insights that inform staffing, prioritization, and investment decisions.
•Own the metrics that answer delivery efficiency at the campaign, customer, and portfolio level; build and maintain reporting on health, budget, margin, and delivery risk.
•Design, document, and continuously improve workflows moving customers from sale through delivery; define SLAs and standards across Sales, Customer Operations, and product lines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 140,000 annually
