Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain strong, direct relationships with assigned clients, conduct regular touchpoints, and drive client satisfaction.
  • •Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to increase turnover through upselling and cross-selling.
  • •Analyze customer data (banking, geolocation, browsing) to identify behavioral trends and value opportunities.
  • •Build a data-driven view of market trends in clients’ markets using payment data analyses to tailor offers and communications.
