Job Summary

Assist the Lounge Supervisor to deliver a consistently high service experience for EK premium customers. Welcome guests, explain lounge services, and coordinate with catering, cleaning, and maintenance providers to maintain standards. Support operational tasks from the lounge (seat changes, boarding cards, transit check-in, reservations and boarding) and cover for the supervisor when absent. Handle reports, stock control, audits, and customer queries to restore confidence.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure premium customers receive the highest level of customer service, greeting guests and introducing lounge services to maintain loyalty.
•Liaise with service providers and supervise staff to oversee catering, cleaning, and maintenance standards.
•Support operational processes in the lounge, including seat changes, boarding cards, transit check-in, reservation changes, and boarding (where applicable).
•Maintain accurate reporting and statistical records, including customer trends, meal wastage, inwards goods, invoices, and perform daily/weekly stock control.
•Conduct audits and follow up on non-conformance, cover the Lounge Supervisor during absences, and respond efficiently to queries and complaints.

Key Requirements

•Minimum GCE O' Level (or equivalent).
•3+ years’ experience in either Aviation or Hospitality.
•Basic knowledge of Departure Control Systems.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
•Fluency in English and the language of the country within which you are working.
