Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aviation components in accordance with FAA and company regulations.
  • •Inspect, disposition, and rework/repair, scrap, replace, and order components/modules/LRUs as required.
  • •Assemble, disassemble, clean, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electronic accessory components, including testing.
  • •Verify electrical continuity, insulation resistance, dielectric testing, and check clearances, tolerances, and alignment for conformance.
  • •Enter and retrieve daily activities data in the SAP operating system and record acceptance/rejection criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Working knowledge of technical sheets, work instructions, or blueprints.
  • •Ability to read, speak, and understand English (per FAR 65.71(a)(2)) and meet FAA inspection/understanding requirements (FAR 145.155(b)/(a)).
  • •Experience maintaining or repairing aviation components, including prior experience working with aircraft power control systems (preferably in a FAA Part 145 MRO environment).
  • •Ability to follow job assignments independently, resolving questions and problems.
