Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the apparel development management process for assigned medium-complexity products, ensuring integrity and on-time completion per the corporate operating calendar.
  • •Manage fit approval and size specification, run fitting meetings, and decide on workmanship and construction changes.
  • •Analyze designs for manufacturability, production, and material properties; guide design and product marketing on T1 manufacturing efficiency suggestions and manage T1 comments.
  • •Ensure complete handover of the design pack to T1 and manage costing validation/FOB quotes and adjustments to meet adidas cost targets.
  • •Manage testing and quality/process escalations, review/sign off sealing samples and size sets as required, maintain accurate product data, and deliver KPI targets.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in clothing technology or manufacturing, or a technical degree as an apparel technician.
  • •Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in apparel product development.
  • •Advanced knowledge of material construction and related testing.
  • •Advanced knowledge of production garment construction and manufacturing.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong IT skills (MS Office, plus Product Data Management Systems).
