Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage multiple engineering and construction projects from inception to completion.
  • •Oversee scope, planning, budget, execution, resource allocation, and project closeout.
  • •Manage procurement activities including RFIs, RFPs, and submittals to support project bids.
  • •Develop and maintain a risk register, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of project managers; provide performance reporting to senior management and coordinate BIM and permits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • •20+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on GCC and MENA construction.
  • •Fluency in English.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • •Proven experience managing a team of project managers and strong knowledge of RFP preparation and management.
