Project Director

Lead and manage multiple engineering and construction projects for data center development, overseeing scope, planning, budget, execution, resources, and closeout from inception to completion. Own procurement-related documentation (RFIs, RFPs, submittals), develop and maintain risk registers, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Coordinate BIM processes, manage permits, communicate with stakeholders, and lead/mentor a team of project managers with performance reporting to senior leadership.
