Senior Engineering Manager V&V Media

Lead Twilio’s Voice Media team to drive the technical strategy for core media infrastructure powering Voice services at global scale. You’ll manage senior engineers building a next-generation media processing stack that handles billions of streams with high reliability, quality, and performance. Own architecture decisions for low-latency, high-throughput systems; set engineering excellence standards, operational reliability, and performance metrics; mentor engineers and guide complex technical tradeoffs across reliability, scalability, and feature delivery.
