Operations Supervisor

Supervise one or more production lines at the flex pack center, coordinating daily operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and volume goals. Lead and support safety initiatives, monitor incident trends, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Analyze cost indicators, oversee accurate production and inventory reporting, and coordinate training and evaluation for new hires and transfers. Manage and coach hourly employees, promote teamwork across shifts, and drive continuous improvement using lean methods.
