Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in implementing OHS procedures by applying approved policies at the operational level and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • •Conduct scheduled workplace inspections and surveillance to identify hazards and unsafe practices, documenting findings and escalating issues as necessary.
  • •Support risk management by assisting with hazard identification, basic risk assessments, and maintaining the risk register under supervision.
  • •Assist with incident reporting and initial investigations by collecting data and documenting incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • •Prepare and support documentation for OHS approvals and internal/external audits, including responding to basic queries and supporting OHS awareness sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
  • •Training or certification in OSHAD, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
  • •2 to 3 years of experience in OHS roles, ideally in aviation or MRO.
  • •Experience supporting audits, workplace inspections, and incident reporting/investigations.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
