Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively participate in the plant Sika SAFE Program and maintain safety and industrial housekeeping standards.
  • •Oversee and operate packaging equipment to meet process and procedure specifications.
  • •Operate mixing equipment within validated parameters and in compliance with SOPs; document mixing details (e.g., order of addition and mixing times).
  • •Perform inventory checks of raw materials and packaging materials for the daily production schedule.
  • •Guide, assist, and train new and temporary employees; perform line changeovers and simple-to-moderate adjustments and troubleshooting.
