Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles & Sécurité des systèmes UNIX et Windows et de l’infogérance du parc industriel
  • •Administrer les infrastructures: Veritas NetBackup, DNS, DHCP, MDT, GPO, Active Directory
  • •Superviser l’antivirus centralisé, WSUS et les firewalls, et assurer la gestion des solutions de stockage (baies 3PAR)
  • •Fournir un support N3 sur les plateformes UNIX et Windows, traiter les incidents complexes et rédiger les procédures pour le support N1 et les équipes de production
  • •Réaliser, coordonner et piloter des opérations de changement complexes et assurer la surveillance avec Nagios/NAGVIS et Syslog
