Manager - Spares

Lead spares supply-base development and supplier engineering problem resolution to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Drive quality improvement initiatives using Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and auditing, while managing annual operating plan budget planning and launch cost-reduction targets. Perform statistical, quantitative, and risk analyses; follow Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices; and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent supply base improvements.
