Research Scientist 4 - Machine Learning and Inference Research, LLM Post-Training

Develop and execute an early-career research agenda focused on post-training for LLMs and downstream tasks. Work in Netflix’s Machine Learning and Inference Research team to shape roadmaps, collaborate cross-functionally, and turn new ideas into scalable impact. Publish at top venues, present at conferences, mentor interns, and engage in academic collaborations while communicating research clearly to diverse audiences.
