Job Summary

Support the Store Manager as a Key Holder by modeling and coaching customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Help maximize sales opportunities, train staff on Levi’s selling behaviors, and lead a positive shopping experience. Assist with operational excellence such as getting products to the floor and visual merchandising while ensuring performance goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Model and coach an ultimate customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
•Assist store management with training and coaching staff on LS&Co selling practices.
•Support leadership in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting sales goals.
•Support operational excellence, including getting products to the floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
•Help lead a positive, engaging shopping experience and drive key initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 13.65 - 22.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•Comply with all Levi’s Stores policies and follow directives of store management.
•Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.

•Have reliable transportation.
•Be 18 years or older.
