Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with clients and architects to understand business priorities and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
  • •Build and deploy agentic AI systems end-to-end, embedded with the client and shipped from the first weeks.
  • •Identify where AI creates meaningful value, challenge assumptions, and shape commercially viable, technically feasible solutions at enterprise scale.
  • •Deliver across consulting (working prototype), studios (prototype to production-grade agentic systems), and products (configure and deploy pre-built agentic products).
  • •Design and implement solutions using the Avanade agentic platform and Microsoft AI stack, including guardrails/evaluation and reusable asset contributions to the APAC IP library.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in software or AI engineering with production systems.
  • •Strong practical command of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and agent orchestration (or credible depth on another stack).
  • •Full-stack capability across front end, APIs, data, and agent orchestration to ship end-to-end systems.
  • •Experience building and evaluating agentic systems, including retrieval, tool use, and failure handling.
  • •Comfort operating with high autonomy in a client environment and presenting directly to stakeholder groups.
