Key Responsibilities

•Design and validate photonic components, including optical modeling and experimental design planning, to meet performance requirements.
•Collaborate with test, RF design, and chip design teams to define functional specifications and ensure alignment across disciplines.
•Plan and execute experiments to verify critical design parameters while optimizing resource utilization and test efficiency.
•Track progress, document findings, and communicate issues that could affect functionality or timelines.
•Lead design reviews and ensure thorough documentation and follow-up, including Design Validation Testing (DVT) and transfer to production.

Salary: CAD 94,100 - 150,300 annually
