Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Safe & Secure point of contact at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
  • •Monitor live cameras and review footage to investigate intrusion alerts using the Unified Security Platform.
  • •Run gate access procedures using the Safe & Secure App and RFID tech, enforcing ingress/egress.
  • •Manage and document vehicle movement through inspection center entrance and exit gates.
  • •Conduct safety audits and hazard checks, de-escalate issues, and respond in emergencies using first aid/CPR/AED training.
