Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead TI's worldwide media relations strategy aligned with communications and marketing objectives.
  • •Cultivate relationships with reporters, analysts, and journalists; lead enterprise storytelling and corporate social responsibility communications.
  • •Lead the global media relations agency approach, including selection, management, performance evaluation, and cross-region execution.
  • •Oversee media monitoring using tools and analytics to track coverage, analyze sentiment, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • •Manage media relations during issues and crisis incidents, and evolve media strategy and measurement in an AI-influenced information ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, and/or a related field.
  • •7+ years of progressive communications, media relations, and/or public relations experience, including leadership experience within a global technology or B2B organization.
  • •People management experience with direct reports (senior role).
  • •Proven experience working with reporters to identify, shape, and secure stories aligned with company objectives.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and AI-driven information platforms, translating emerging trends into communications strategies.
