Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement an integrated framework for quality child protection services, including response times, intervention quality, confidentiality, and client experience, in line with local and international best practices.
•Oversee intake and immediate response management through call centers and electronic systems, activating intervention teams per predefined protocols to ensure rapid handling of cases.
•Lead 24/7 rapid intervention teams with shift-based field operations to ensure continuous, effective on-site response to emergencies.
•Set standards for evaluating and classifying cases using risk assessment tools, ensuring accurate triage and appropriate intervention for each case.
•Coordinate case handovers and ensure continuity of care by liaising with internal units and external authorities, while maintaining data accuracy and reporting.
