  • •Direct a team delivering complex multi-year Agile efforts across multiple teams, programs, and/or portfolios.
  • •Oversee prioritization and delegation, removing impediments, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring business needs translate into product strategies and requirements.
  • •Engage business stakeholders and SMEs; partner with sponsors to understand needs, measures, and risks/controls.
  • •Provide guidance and oversight on portfolio/program/project plans for schedule, scope, and resources.
  • •Coach and hold Product Owners and DPOs accountable to enterprise processes and controls; develop metrics (KPIs/KRIs) to track risk, benefits, and adoption.

Key Requirements
