Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan BOM materials through the product lifecycle to ensure correct availability across in-house FATP and contract manufacturers.
  • •Manage Clear-to-Build (CTB) reporting, drive material readiness to meet production plans, and develop inventory strategy to balance flexibility and cost exposure.
  • •Identify supply chain risks and mitigation steps, communicate risks across stakeholders and XFN teams, and escalate timely.
  • •Use CTB to drive engineering change orders (ECO) and manage product transition and material revision changes to ensure supply continuity and minimize obsolescence.
  • •Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to drive supply commits, close shortages, and align supplier strategy; engage with system developers to improve internal tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations.
  • •5 to 8 years of related experience in OEM/JDM/ODM hardware business and prior CM experience.
  • •Strong analytical, data-based problem-solving skills to interpret large volumes of data and connect insights.
  • •Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software and ERP systems is a plus; strong communication and collaboration are required.
