Job Summary

Own end-to-end enterprise deal governance, including quota creation, quoting, approvals, and bookings. Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end deal process: quota creation, quoting, approvals, and bookings across the enterprise portfolio.
•Escalate and manage non-standard and complex transactions by balancing growth with financial and legal guardrails.
•Operate and manage the CPQ-to-RCA transition to ensure continuity and adoption through the mid-August 2026 go-live.
•Enforce approval matrices and pricing guidelines consistently across deal types, segments, and regions while evolving deal policies and discount guardrails.
•Champion deal automation, manage Jira-based ticket workflows, and lead the Deal Desk Analyst with support from the VP RevOps and broader RevOps team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or related functions, including 5+ years in a leadership role (Director level).
•5-8 years of relevant experience with demonstrated leadership or senior ownership of a deal desk function (Manager level).
•Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, discounting, ARR/NRR, and revenue recognition principles.
•Salesforce CPQ experience required; Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) experience is a differentiator.
•Proven ability to hold commercial policy line while maintaining trusted relationships with Sales, Finance, and Legal.
