•Establish and iterate cross-function workflow processes with HR/Product Operations and relevant business teams.
•Engage in workflow implementation, iteration, and post-mortems as needed.
•Independently lead re-org and workforce optimization projects, including closed-cycle delivery, risk flagging/hedging, and post-mortem analysis.

•Experience building processes and leading projects for small/medium multi-cultural teams.
•Significant experience in data analysis, project management, and cross-function workflow processes.
