Key Responsibilities

  • •Process securities-related activities including checking transactions and activities, and performing cash and unit account reconciliations with investigation of breaks where necessary.
  • •Lead User Acceptance Testing for the business as and when required.
  • •Lead projects for country and city offices aligned to business objectives, targets, and requirements.
  • •Manage 10 to 12 direct reports and oversee 20 to 24 headcount of indirect reports (or manage the process as an individual contributor as deemed required), supporting transformation and growth.
  • •Monitor and achieve process productivity and quality targets to ensure optimal resource utilization and customer SLA performance.

Key Requirements

  • •A post-graduate diploma or degree in Commerce or an equivalent financial background.
  • •Minimum 6–7 years of experience in a securities processing environment, including Fund Administration and Transfer Agency business knowledge.
  • •Transfer Agency experience covering Registration, Dealing, Payments, and Reconciliation (at least 12 months of Securities + Transfer Agency Operations required).
  • •Strong analytical and data skills to interpret numeric data, study trends, and make projections, with production management and process improvement ability.
  • •Relevant CISI certification; ability to comprehend and minimize operational risks with knowledge of audit controls and compliance requirements.
