Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment documentation, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
  • •Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, confidentiality agreements, acknowledgements, and other employee-related documentation while keeping personnel files accurate.
  • •Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with Egyptian Labor Law, advising management on legal implications and managing legally compliant disciplinary, termination, and resignation procedures.
  • •Handle employee grievances and workplace issues professionally and confidentially, coordinating with external legal counsel when needed.
  • •Manage recruitment and onboarding for technical, administrative, and business roles, including job ads, screening, interviewing coordination, reference/background checks, and offer execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or closely related field, or demonstrable specialization in Egyptian labor and employment law.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and employment regulations.
  • •Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR, personnel, employee relations, or a closely related function.
  • •Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing employment contracts and HR-related legal documentation.
  • •Practical experience handling employee relations, disciplinary procedures, resignations, and terminations.
