Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations of the Vista cocktail/spirits bar and lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to company standards
  • •Manage staff rosters, payroll, leave, training records, and performance responsibilities
  • •Control operational expenses by maintaining inventory, completing stock takes, managing requisitions/transfers, and supporting P&L reporting and beverage cost targets
  • •Recruit, train, supervise, and develop colleagues; conduct briefings and appraisals; ensure health, safety, hygiene, and fire-safety standards
  • •Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, suppliers, and F&B management; handle guest enquiries/complaints; plan and execute events and reservations; promote upselling and cocktail quality
