Key Responsibilities

  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing equipment.
  • •Use laptops and tablets to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; and diagnose root causes.
  • •Perform maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts and help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of applicable tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Must be able to move, stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; field service, maintenance, and repair experience preferred; offer contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen.
