Job Summary

Join WPP's Workday Services team as a Workday Financials Consultant, providing senior-level technical and process expertise across Workday Financials. You will collaborate with process owners, Shared Service Centre, and stakeholders as a trusted expert, oversee deployments and enhancements, diagnose tickets, stay current on Workday features, maintain up-to-date process documentation, and train teammates while safeguarding global standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee deployment of enhancements to existing Financials deployments
•Diagnose and resolve assigned Workday Financials tickets and integrated applications
•Investigate new functionality being released and collaborate with other functional Workday resources
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday features and industry trends and translate into practical solutions
•Train other team members on Workday Financials and related processes

Key Requirements

•Workday Financials experience in a complex organization and ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively to meet customer expectations
•Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess the clients’ needs
•Excellent finance/accounting knowledge in a global business and ability to communicate with finance colleagues
•Understanding of Shared Services operating models
•Strong ability to inspire and engage with a diverse team and create an inclusive culture across geographical boundaries
