Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by engaging every client and teammate and understanding the impact of your work.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts, including deposit products and lending products such as home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners, focusing on client acquisition and relationship expansion.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions and supporting teller transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •1+ years developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience prioritized).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
