Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive OHSE culture in plant Saint Seurin to achieve and sustain “Zero Injuries”.
  • •In collaboration with the SMT, drive Health and Safety and Environmental standards and performance on site.
  • •Plan and supervise safety measures; audit the own plant and other AFEMEA plants for OHSE requirements.
  • •Monitor and analyze OHSE incidents; define proper measures and provide monthly accident and ignition statistics/KPIs.
  • •Train and supervise contractors, update contractor OHSE policies, and train co-workers in risk assessment; define and develop standard operating procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level qualification (Engineering, Science, or Operations) or equivalent experience in an industrial environment.
  • •4–5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • •Experience in a production environment with diverse technologies is a distinct advantage.
  • •Essential OHSE key skills; ability to motivate co-workers in OHSE performance.
  • •French (fluent) and English.
