Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Project Manager by conducting research and benchmarking and compiling information
  • •Monitor and document project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • •Prepare project-related information materials, including project progress reports and other reports upon request
  • •Participate in project meetings, help prepare agendas, and create presentations for client meetings
  • •Enter key project information into the T&T project database

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled at least in the 3rd semester of a degree in construction management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Civil Engineering
  • •Work at least 15 hours per week during the semester (ideally 20 hours) and be willing to spend the majority of working time at a location in Stuttgart
  • •Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • •Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong understanding of numbers, data, and relationships
  • •Structured, careful, and detail-oriented working style with a communicative personality; enjoys teamwork and taking initiative and responsibility
