Job Summary

Design and build scalable AI-agent and backend systems for a cybersecurity operations platform that powers complex, high-stakes workflows. You’ll integrate LLMs and GenAI into production processes (fine-tuning, prompt orchestration, retrieval, evaluation), implement event-driven data flows and real-time user experiences, and define contracts across AI services and APIs. Partner with AI/ML, design, and frontend engineers, lead technical reviews, and help deliver trustworthy AI with guardrails and human-in-the-loop review.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of complex system features across backend services, API design, and user-facing interactions.
•Architect and implement scalable AI agent and backend systems for high-volume, real-time operational workloads.
•Integrate LLMs and GenAI into production workflows, including fine-tuning, prompt orchestration, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation loops.
•Design robust data flows (event streams, message queues, job orchestration) and build resilient real-time user experiences.
•Partner with AI/ML, design, and frontend teams; lead technical reviews; communicate trade-offs and deliver trustworthy AI with guardrails and human-in-the-loop review.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 179,500 - 260,000 annually

•Experience shipping data-intensive and AI-enhanced applications at scale.
•Own features from system architecture through production delivery in high-availability, security-sensitive environments.
•5+ years backend or full-stack experience (or 3+ years with MS) in production systems.
•Proficiency in a modern backend language/runtime (e.g., Python or Go) and associated frameworks.
•Design APIs (REST/WebSocket/GraphQL), integrate real-time/event-driven systems, and understand databases/storage paradigms (e.g., Postgres).
