  • •Own end-to-end delivery of complex system features across backend services, API design, and user-facing interactions.
  • •Architect and implement scalable AI agent and backend systems for high-volume, real-time operational workloads.
  • •Integrate LLMs and GenAI into production workflows, including fine-tuning, prompt orchestration, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation loops.
  • •Design robust data flows (event streams, message queues, job orchestration) and build resilient real-time user experiences.
  • •Partner with AI/ML, design, and frontend teams; lead technical reviews; communicate trade-offs and deliver trustworthy AI with guardrails and human-in-the-loop review.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience shipping data-intensive and AI-enhanced applications at scale.
  • •Own features from system architecture through production delivery in high-availability, security-sensitive environments.
  • •5+ years backend or full-stack experience (or 3+ years with MS) in production systems.
  • •Proficiency in a modern backend language/runtime (e.g., Python or Go) and associated frameworks.
