Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with GTM leaders and frontline users to discover current workflows, handoffs, blockers, and inconsistent source materials across the GTM lifecycle.
  • •Own the GTM AI workflow backlog, prioritize use cases by business value, and define what to build locally versus escalate to the Enterprise AI Hub.
  • •Build or prototype GTM AI workflows and tools (e.g., copilots, prompt flows, no-code/low-code products) and define product specifications and requirements.
  • •Curate trusted inputs (messaging, account context, opportunity data, meeting notes, and documents) to reduce hallucination risk while preserving human review steps.
  • •Run narrow pilots, measure value, refine workflows, and support rollout/adoption across GTM while managing the AI portfolio to prevent sprawl and stale solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS GTM, Solutions Consulting, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Enablement, or Product Strategy with strong workflow and systems exposure.
  • •Hands-on builder mindset with strong willingness to experiment and build or prototype practical tools, workflows, or operating improvements.
  • •Strong conceptual understanding of AI assistants/agents, prompts, grounding, context windows, and how systems/connectors work together.
  • •Ability to ask strong questions, handle ambiguous stakeholder needs, and prioritize high-value first workflows using governed source-of-truth inputs.
