Key Responsibilities

  • •Review contractor work programs during pre-construction and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • •Monitor contractors’ activities, resources, and daily actions against approved plans; investigate delays and recommend corrective measures.
  • •Support the Senior Planning Engineer and Associate Project Managers in reviewing submittals (staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, traffic management plans).
  • •Provide inputs to project risk management plans and assist with monitoring supervision schedules and project progress.
  • •Track drawing/specification versions and support reviews and delivery of testing/commissioning plans, Take-Over Certificates, Defect Liability Certificates, and Final Accounts/Statements of Completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and planning within a top-tier regional/multinational consultancy.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Good analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication/presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency with scheduling and planning software (e.g., Primavera) and spoken/written Arabic and English.
